3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Subscription and Payments

• Limited storage

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited document uploads
• Full AI features including flashcards, video lessons, and advanced quizzes
• Cloud sync across devices
• Priority support

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of documents you upload
• You grant us a license to process your content for service delivery
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content
• We do not share your documents with other users

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others
• Abuse AI features or attempt to bypass usage limits

7. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated summaries, quizzes, and flashcards are for educational purposes
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Users should verify important information independently
• AI features require an internet connection

8. Intellectual Property

• MindSparkle and its original content are owned by us
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our App without permission
• User-generated content remains the property of the user

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service or other users

10. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Educational content is supplementary and not a replacement for formal education

11. Limitation of Liability
